Minimum Equipment Needed:
To complete the fitness portion of this program successfully, you must have at least:
Two 5-lb dumbbells
Two 8-lb dumbbells
Two 12-lb dumbbells
Two 20-lb dumbbells
Soft measuring tape (for body measurements)
Digital food scale (for accurate nutrition tracking)
