What is a Nutrition Coach?
Nutrition coaches help their clients make healthier food choices to achieve specific health goals. Why don’t you offer traditional meal plans?
As a Certified Nutrition Coach, I provide education, guidance and meal structure, not medical nutrition therapy or prescribed meal plans. Only a Registered Dietitian or Licensed Physician can legally prescribe individualized meal plans for treatment. My role is to help you build sustainable habits around food. Instead of telling you exactly what to eat, I give you flexible guides, calorie awareness tools, and support that help you understand how to nourish your body in real life.

What is the difference between a Meal Plan and a Meal Guide?
A meal plan tells you exactly what to eat, often without considering your preferences, routine, or culture. A meal guide gives you flexible options, serving sizes and structure that fits your lifestyle. You're not following a script, you're learning how to fuel your body long-term.

Do you provide refunds?
No. All sales are final.

Do I have to count calories?
Yes, but only in the beginning. I have clients track their intake so they can get familiar with portion sizes, serving suggestions and how different foods affect their energy and goals. Once you understand your intake, we shift toward more intuitive, balanced eating.

What if I'm not motivated right now?
You don't need motivation. You need a plan and support. This is exactly what we focus on, building habits that keep going when motivation fades.
Can I pause or transfer my accountability program to another month or person?
No. Your 3-month commitment is consecutive and non-transferable.
