What is the difference between a Meal Plan and a Meal Guide?
A meal plan maps out what you will eat on a particular day, week or month. It is customized for you and your food preferences, schedule and dietary restrictions and can be used to diagnose or treat a condition or disease.
A meal guide is less structured than a meal plan. It gives you suggestions on different meals and recipes that you are able to customize to meet your needs. A meal guide offers suggestions, advice and resources so you can make educated decisions.
