Nutrition Coaching
An assessment of your nutritional habits and the development of an individualized nutrition plan will be the focus of this 60-minute nutrition session. You'll be provided with concrete, actionable steps to help you achieve your goals.

8-Week Program
In this program, you will receive a full workout guide and individualized nutrition coaching to help you meet your fitness goals. A variety of options are available: Home, Gym, and Home/Gym with workout tutorials. Clients are responsible for contacting me by email at Week 3, Week 6, and Week 8. As a result, I will be able to answer your questions and keep track of your progress without having to make major changes to your plan, and this is the beginning of self-accountability, which is essential to your success. Check in's are optional but strongly encouraged.
