This 8-week program is designed for women who are ready to commit, follow through, and stop starting over.
You’ll receive a complete workout guide tailored to your preference: Home, Gym, or a mix of both. Each plan includes structured workouts that progress weekly to help you build strength, endurance, and confidence.
This is a self-led program, but not without structure.
You are responsible for checking in via email at Week 3, Week 6, and Week 8. These check-ins are your opportunity to ask questions, reflect on your progress, and reinforce the habit of following through. Accountability starts with you.
Check-ins are optional, but if you’re serious about change, you’ll make them happen!
Minimum Equipment Needed:
To complete this program successfully, you must have at least:
Two 5-lb dumbbells
Two 8-lb dumbbells
Two 12-lb dumbbells
Two 20-lb dumbbells
Soft measuring tape (for body measurements)
Digital food scale (for accurate nutrition tracking)
If you have additional equipment, that’s a bonus. You’ll list everything you own in your intake form, and your plan will be adjusted based on the equipment you currently have.
